- Q1. Is it possible to enter for all three days with one visitor badge?
- You can enter for all three days with one visitor badge. In the event of returning or losing the visitor badge, please print it again in A4-size sheet and color. Please note if you plan to attend on multiple days.
- Q2. I have run out of business cards and currently do not have any.
- Please make sure to prepare your visitor badge and business card to place them in the holder provided at the venue.
- Q3. Is it allowed to take photographs inside the venue?
- Photography is not prohibited, but please make sure to obtain permission from the subjects being photographed.
- Q4. Is re-entry allowed at the venue?
- If you have a visitor badge, you can re-enter as many times as you like.
- Q5. If I want to change the scheduled visit date that I set during pre-registration, is there any procedure required?
- No need for any changes or contacting the secretariat. Please proceed with your visit as planned.
- Q6. I have completed pre-registration. How can I enter the exhibition on the day?
- After completing pre-registration, your visitor badge will be issued. Please print it out in A4-size sheet and color and bring it along with your business card. On the day of the event, secretariat staff at the entrance will scan the QR code printed on the visitor badge.

- A visitor badge (A4-size sheet and color) is mandatory, so please print it out yourself and bring it along with your business card.
- Q10. If I complete pre-registration, can I enter all three exhibitions?
- Pre-registration and the visitor badge are applicable for all three exhibitions, allowing entry to all three with a single registration.
- Q11. I have an invitation ticket. Is pre-registration still necessary?
- It is not available to enter the venue with the invitation ticket only. For smooth entry, we kindly ask you to complete pre-registration before your visit. Please note that one invitation ticket is required for each individual for pre-registration.
- Q12. I forgot to print out the visitor badge. Can I still enter?
- If you do not have a printed visitor badge, entry is not allowed. For those who have pre-registered but forgot to print out or do not have access to a printer, temporary printing facilities will be available at the entrance. Please note that there is a limited number of printers, and we appreciate your understanding in case of any inconvenience.
- Q13. Is it possible to preview exhibitor and product information in advance?
